The Blues master Antonio Conte is searching for backline reinforcements despite being landed David Luiz from Paris SG and Marcos Alonso from Italian Fiorentina in last summer. Now, he has shifted his attention to the German defender Antonio Rudiger. The Italian is reportedly ready to table around £35 million bid to bring the German international at the Stamford Bridge and preparing to finalize the bidding process in next January when the transfer window will reopen. However, it is the second times for the Blues boss to make attempt to sign this centre back where earlier the summer, he tried to bring him for the first time. Conte who is the new boss of Chelsea is reportedly a long time admirer of the 23 years old defender and keep him on his radar since very long time. Last time, Conte reportedly ready to splash €30 million for his service but remain unsuccessful. So, now, he is willing to offer more and also thinks that Roma would not deny this time.
Besides, Antonio Rudiger suffered from a serious knee injury and due to that reason could not participate in UEFA Euro 2016 competition. And now, he has recovered from injury and completely fit and so, Conte would like to make another approach to bring him to the Stamford Bridge.
