Copa America 2020, CONMEBOL have started a tradition of inviting teams from outside the South American continent to give a chance to compete in the Copa America. This year 12 teams are competing in the new edition of Copa America 2020, where 2 teams have been invited to play the tournament which is Australia and Qatar. In 2019 last Copa America, there were also 2 teams were invited, which are Japan and Qatar. These are the team that has won the Asia Cup Tournament previously. In addition, this will the second involvement of Qatar to participate in Copa America. On 18th June, this Wednesday Qatar is going to face Ecuador in their 2nd match in CA at Estadio El Campin, Bogota, Colombia; where 36 thousand fans will watch the game live from the stadium. Ecuador is a good team that is participating in the Copa America tournament. In the last edition, they had played really well and put their mark in the tournament. They have few good players in the team and entirely they have had a balanced team altogether and they have a good chance of winning against Qatar. They have some good players like Marcos Caicedo, Joao Rojas, Romario Ibarra and so on.
On the other hand, Qatar is also a tough team that has been participating in Copa for a couple of times as they are the winner of the Asia Cup and also the reason behind they got invited to play in Copa America 2020.
