Coppa Italia 2016-17 Schedule (Announce Date, All Rounds Matches)

The Coppa Italia officially acquainted as TIM Cup which conveys the Italian football annual cup competition every circle of the year. Actually the name TIM called for its sponsorship Rights. Remark – Due to International Friendlies & Christmas vacation, Coppa Italia will be off for 6 weeks.

There are a total seventy eight (78) teams have been taken part in the event where they have to complete of 8 rounds. Normally the competition is started in August with the first stage game where only the low ranked club taken part. The two top team qualify for the second round. Before ending August the round also completed. The fourth round is held by consisting 24 teams where only 16 teams have qualify for the next round.

Game Format: The competition will be held of 90 minutes, if the the result has been tied after finishing the time, they will be given extra time to finish the match. If the event exists of a draw after the extra time, a penalty shoot-out chance is given to the both contestants. The team who win the the first round he automatically qualify for the next round. The champion of the tournament will be promoted for As UEFA Europa League which simply known as UEFA Cup.
