Schedule of French Ligue 1 2016-17: Beginning & End Expected Date

Ligue 1 which is also known as Division-1, going to executed the 79th edition from August, 2016. By adding 3 qualified clubs from ligue-2, total twenty clubs will take part in the Ligue 1 competition. All the teams have to be approved  by DNCG to qualify for the tournament. The DNCG have already confirmed the twenty teams for 2016-17 season and the process has been completed on 24th April, 2016. Here we made team list with their respective coach and captain.

Around of 76 clubs have been taking part since the inception of Ligue 1 tournament. The veteran members of the competition have almost lost and there have seen few founding contestant club as well as Nice, Marseille, Montpellier and Rennes. PSG one of the most successful gray-headed participants of the tournament, which yet not stuttered since their debut season 1974-75. Actually PSG was the part of Paris FC who was exiled from 1972 and got the official permission to participate the tournament. But the club return on the club in two years later along with full preparation to warm up the event. From the inception they obtained six title along with last year trophy.  

The feature is consisted twenty (20) clubs for Ligue 1, which is usually held August-May. The one team have to play total 38 games where per team plays in twice against other, one at home and the other in away. There are total 380 matches has been played by the participant 20 teams. The winning team get three points and no point added for loser. One point would add in both side in case of drawn match. The champion has been embarked, the most point holder of the competition. If the equal point held by several teams they both will be announced the crown holder.

The champion along with top three point holder of the tournament will get chance the wild card entry in Champions League competition. The fourth place holder will be automatically qualify for UEFA Europa League. So guys watch let’s what happen and who will be the next winner of the competition.
