Everyone knows that NBA players are one who gets paid millions of dollars each year, not with just their salary but with a huge amount of endorsement. Therefore, it becomes pretty apparent that they will live in spectacular houses, but who would have thought that these houses would be that much of a spectacular. After all, when you put in that much hard work and effort, you deserve to relax and live in luxury.

In recent years, HoopsHype put together an NBA real estate database. According to HoopsHype, we’re going to take a look at some of the most expensive and extravagant mansions owned by the NBA players.

1. Michael Jordan

Chicago – $29 Million

The 56,000 square foot estate has everything you can think of – three climate-controlled garages, a complete gym, and NBA regulation-sized basketball court, a tennis court, a putting green, and a three-bedroom guest house.

2. Deron Williams

Manhattan, New York – 15.8 Million

Deron Williams’ spectacular New York penthouse has six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a 3,000 square foot with a little bridge and a lily pond. Of course, the breathtaking views of the New York City skyline are priceless.

3. Chris Bosh

Miami Beach, Florida – $12.3 Million

Bosh’s house on North Bay Road is 12,000-square feet and has an infinity pool, elevator, and all-white interior.

4. Kobe Bryant

Newport Beach, California – $9.5 Million

The 20,000-square-foot house includes a gym, a shark tank, and an outdoor entertaining area with a pool and a hot tub.

5. Blake Griffin

Pacific Palisades, California – $9 Million

There are six bedroom suites, with the master suite boasting a spa bath and walk-in closets and you could also find a home gym, a nice pool and three fireplaces in Blake Griffin’s new home.

6. Chris Bosh

Pacific Palisades, California – $9.4 Million

The house features an amazing outdoor space, as well as a master bedroom with a few of the ocean. Bosh rents it out for $45,000 a month.

7. LeBron James

Akron, Ohio – $9.2 Million

The estate is valued at $9,2 million and features six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, six half bathrooms, a bowling alley, a movie theater, a basketball court, a recording studio and many other goodies.

8. Dwyane Wade

Miami Beach, Florida – $8.9 Million

The 13,000-square foot compound is on the ultra-exclusive La Gorce Island, and it comes with its own guest house.

9. Chris Paul

Bel Air, California – $8.5 Million

The house used to be owned by Avril Lavigne. It comes more 12,000-square feet of space, eight bedrooms, a pool, a hot tub, a wine cellar, and a gym.

10. Dirk Nowitzki

Dallas, Texas – $7.9 Million

The house is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom Colonial. It comes with a tennis court which is located just around the corner from Mark Cuban’s house.
