Bangladesh included Mosaddek Hossain and Al Amin against Afghan

The uncapped Mosaddek Hossain has been selected for the Afghanistan series. According to report he became the part of 14 man squad  in the first two ODIs that played on  25th and 28th September respectively. However, there was no place for Al-Amin Hossain, with Shafiul Islam making a comeback in the side.

Mosaddek who well known as Saikat is first class cricketer. He had shown a mastermind performance against Zimbabwe earlier of the year. Not only International he is also too fabulous in domestic side. He belongs to Dhaka premier league. Actually he is picked for his outstanding domestic performances.

The right hand batsman gathered 622 runs in 14 matches with the average rate of 77.75 for champions Abahani Limited. After this rocking performance BCB confirmed his name in the Afghanistan series.

Bangladesh Cricket Board chief selectors told that Mosaddek has done very well in domestic cricket, which includes the longer-version tournaments, in the last two years. He did well in the Dhaka Premier League and we feel he is ready. He is absolutely worthy of the Afghanistan series.

Shafiul Islam the right-arm fast medium bowler also selected for the coming tournament. He is not a national team regular player. The bowler last has played last ODI in 2012 against Zimbabwe. After a long distance period he going to be played any One Day match. Actually the best XI yet not announced so it can be difficult he wilk available for the best line up or not.

On the other hand  is  last played an ODI in November 2014 while Al-Amin has played only three ODIs since 2015. Al-Amin who appearances in ODI in 2014 against against Sri Lanka.

Minhajul told that there had been some “negatives” doing the fact about Al-Amin but did not expand. He only termed that Shafiul fitness was better than Al-Amin’s. But he added that Al-Amin has been included in the squad and would not be removed from the side. The selectors confirmed his name for the series and planning to take the bowler in the upcoming England series.

The coach denied to compare the guys. According his opinion There seemed a vast difference between the two boys Al-Amin and Shafiul. They both are consisting different bowling action and also considering individual fielding ability. Shafiul improved his fitness during the camp and rapidly growing his skilled as the an experienced bowler.

Apart of these Taskin Ahmed also included in the squad after clearing ICC bowling action. Taskin joined the side as the 14th member. Taskin is also very happy for the event and new challenge.
