Italian top tier Juventus are in the market and still searching for a perfect midfielder who would be replaced by Paul Pogba. This Frenchman has left the Old Lady this summer to join with the Manchester United. The transfer fee was £100 million. By selling him out, the Killer Lady has fallen into a trouble and has taken an obvious move to recruit a perfect replacement of him.
Their first choice is Serbian star Matic who is still under contract with Chelsea. THey have offered to the Blues but Conte who is the current Chief, has rejected their offer. But he wants to give another midfielder Cesc Fabregas instead. However, Fabregas has failed to fulfil the demand of the Coach.
Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas arrived at the Stamford Bridge in 2014 from Barcelona for €33 million reportedly. And Chelsea was impressed by his performance in first season where he scored total five goals in all competitions but to assists almost 18 times. That was so brilliant. But in last season he shown very poor performance and that’s why the Blues finished with 10th in position.
So, now, Antonio Conte has offered to the Old Lady to sign their midfielder Fabregas which deal would probably be worth £45 million, reportedly. But the Juve did not make any response yet where they are also linked with Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel but also he wants to spent his last contract season by remaining with Paris SG.
However, the Old Lady were also keen to Paris Saint Germain’s Blaise Matuidi who is a French midfielder but the German side are not ready to sell him. So, now, they have only one option left but to sign Spanish Cesc Fabregas who would be a cheaper option than others.
On the other side, the Blues have signed N’Golo Kante from the Foxes this summer in exchange for £32 million and so they are no short of midfielder now. Due to that reason, they can let go their once top star Fabregas.
This 29 years old Spaniard start his career with English side Arsenal in 2003 and left the club in 2011. He made 212 appearances with them and scored 35 goals so far. Later, he joined Barcelona in the same year and stayed with them almost three consecutive seasons. Bara took him for €29 million and sold him to Chelsea for €33 million. Chelsea made agreement with him for five years in 12th June, 2014 and gave him number #4 shirt. Now, Stamford Bridge are willing to sell him out when they find him unnecessary.
