England offered to cast former Pakistan spinner Saqlain Mushtaq as their full-time spin bowling coach. Saqlain is also agreed to do the job. According to reports ECB wanted to continue as England’s spin coach on a full-time basis.
ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board) director Andrew Strauss called up the for Pakistan offspinner for the permanent job. They wanted to cast him for full time rather than part time job. Mushtaq also replied with their offer and unanimous to join the side for permanently.
Mushtaq termed that he would be pleasure to continue with the team. He added that he enjoyed that very much. He wanted to feel the ever every session and conversation when got the breaks. Actually he eager to support the team by joining as the staff. He treats the team as like family not professional.
In a relaxed atmosphere Saqlain wanted to be a full-time professional one. He had liked to continue and be entangled in the future with the side.
In cricket spinners being the main bowler. If we look through at the highest wicket-taker in One Day International and Test cricket, they are none other than the Spinners. The Spinners play the leading role in always.
It’s not only in the sub-continent area but also in abroad. In case of the fourth and fifth day Test, spinners considering as the soul bowlers so far. On this situation the overall team depends on them. So to improved the Spin side, it’s essential to provide a full time coach for nursing them.
It’s not only nursing of the bowling side also to boost the batsman to improved their performance. Spinners help them to understand how to deal with them. And Spinners help them to play with the ball which make the thing more easy. So it is very important to hire a permanent spin coach for the team.
The for Pakistan off spinner told about his working policy. For him the most essential thing is that to know the players welly. The first couple of days he trying to build relationships with the boys. His Philosophy of working is to make relation of truth, trust, honesty and respect. In past he linked with the team. Though he work as temporary but able to know the players by their speciality and weakness. He exclaimed that the player of England are so passionate and hardworking. He named some extra ordinary English cricketers who are very aggressive. As well as Moeen Ali, Adil Rashid and Zafar Ansari, they all are wanting learn and eager to do hard work.
