Elimination Chamber is a professional wrestling pay-per-view event which is produced by WWE. The event was created in the 2010 to replace “No Way Out”. The inaugural edition of the event took place on December 21, 2010 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The event consists of a main event and and undercard that features championship matches and other various matches. The concept of the program was that the two main event matches were contested inside a chamber which is known as the Elimination Chamber. Most often WWE Universal Championship (previously known as the WWE Campionship) and World Heavyweight Championship matches are considered as the main events and played inside the chamber. The show is also known as “No Escape” (German word : Kein Entkommen) in Germany. The show is arranged in the month of February and the upcoming event is going to be the 9th edition in the history of the show.

The previous event which took place on the February 25, 2018, was the 8th edition and was hosted by T-Mobile Arena of Paradise, Nevada. The main event of the program was the WWE Universal Championship match which was played between 7 contestants. The next show has been scheduled to be held on February 17, 2019 and Toyota Center in Houston, Phoenix will host the event on this occasion.
