Hell in a Cell is a professional wrestling event produced by WWE. The event was debuted in October 4, 2009 as the inaugural edition was hosted by the Prudential Center Newark, New Jersey and since then the event has been arranged every year and generally fills the October slot of the WWE PPV events schedule. The event is actually named after the cage based match which was originated in 1997 in the World Wrestling Federation. So far 40 Hell in a Cell match has been played on different occasions. This special kind of match features a large cell structure, a five sided cuboid made from open weave steel mesh chain link fencing which encloses the ring and also the ringside area.

The latest Hell in a Cell event was held in September 16, 2018 as the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas hosted the 10th edition of the show and more than 15 thousands spectators went to watch the show live. In a singles Hell in a Cell match, Randy Orton took on Jeff Hardy and the later was defeated by the “Apex Predator”. The main event of the show was another singles Hell in a Cell match which was a battle for the WWE Universal Championhip. Defending champion Roman Reigns squared off with Braun Strowman, who cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. The match had a special guest referee Mick Foley but unfortunately it ended in a no contest.
